SkillPark helps users capture learning outcomes, generate review materials, and track progress through a game-style system. Features may change over time, and some features may depend on third-party services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. You must not:

• Use SkillPark for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
• Interfere with service integrity, availability, or security.
• Use the service in ways that violate applicable third-party terms or policies.

4. User content

You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant SkillPark a limited license to host, process, and use that content only to operate and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

SkillPark relies on third-party providers (for example the ChatGPT/OpenAI platform, hosting, authentication, and payment processors). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

6. Paid features and billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Intellectual property

SkillPark and its branding, software, and design are owned by SkillPark or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

SkillPark is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillPark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SkillPark after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
