Account & Privacy

Accounts & Login

Login options, usernames, one account for every role, and common sign-in questions.

Ways to sign in

  • Continue with Google — one click with any Google account.
  • Continue with Email — choose Sign in for an existing account or Create account for a new one. New passwords must be at least 8 characters. If email confirmation is required, the login page tells you to check your inbox.

Both lead to the same account type with the same features. School Google accounts (Google Workspace for Education) work with the Google option.

One account, every role

A single SkillPark account can simultaneously:

  • save its own learning as a self-learner,
  • own a classroom as a teacher,
  • be a student in someone else’s classroom.

Everything feeds one park. There’s no separate “teacher account” to create.

Usernames

Your username is chosen once in Settings (or during classroom joining, which requires one). It identifies you on classroom rosters, and doubles as your park’s address only if you enable public sharing — see Privacy & Data.

Common issues

“I signed up with email but meant to use Google” (or vice versa) — sign in with the method you actually registered with; if you’re stuck with two accounts, email support@skillpark.app and we’ll sort it out.

Forgot password — use the reset link on the login page (email accounts only; Google accounts have no SkillPark password).

Login page won’t load — try a hard refresh first, then check back in a few minutes; if it persists, tell us at support@skillpark.app.
