Getting Started

Creating an Account

How to sign up for SkillPark with Google or email, and what happens on first login.

SkillPark runs entirely in the web app at app.skillpark.app. No installation and no ChatGPT account are required.

Sign up

  1. Go to app.skillpark.app.
  2. Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Email.
    • With email, choose Create account, enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters, then follow any confirmation message shown on screen.
  3. That’s it — your account and empty park are created on first login.

Already have an email account? Choose Sign in. If you forget its password, enter your email and use Forgot password? to receive a secure reset link.

Usernames

Some features ask you to choose a username:

  • Joining a classroom requires one, so your teacher can recognize you on the roster.
  • A username is also your park’s address if you ever choose to make it public (skillpark.app/park/yourname) — but parks are private by default, and nothing is published unless you explicitly turn sharing on. See Your Park & Privacy.

Pick something your teacher will recognize if you’re joining a class.

Age requirement

The current beta is for learners aged 13 and above. When you join a classroom you’ll see this stated on the join screen.
